At Parinaz, we strive to make every piece of jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or not as expected, please contact us immediately at storeparinaz@gmail.com, and we will do our best to remake it to your full satisfaction.


Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new and unworn items can be returned to Parinaz within 100 days of delivery.
Non-personalized items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery.

Personalized jewelry is made especially for you; therefore, it can only be returned or exchanged under certain conditions.


Exchanges

You must return your original item before we can begin production of the new one.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at storeparinaz@gmail.com.


Damaged Item

  • Please attach a clear image of the damaged item.

  • Provide a short description of the issue.

  • You may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.


Cancellation Policy

Once your order is submitted, we immediately begin production of your personalized item.

Since each piece is custom-made, please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it.
After this window, we can still assist you with an exchange.

Please note: Cancellations are only possible before the item has shipped.

Cancellations will be processed on the same day we receive your request.
